Refund policy

All JM Hair Extensions sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Hair extensions are a personal-use product and, once shipped, opened, handled, or altered, cannot be resold as new.

Color & Length Selection

It is the responsibility of the stylist and/or customer to select the correct color, length, method, and quantity before placing an order.

Hair color can vary depending on lighting, screen settings, and individual perception. If you need to see our colors in person before purchasing, we strongly recommend purchasing a JM Hair Extensions color ring.

Please carefully review your selected color and length before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect color or length selections made at checkout.

Special Orders

Some color and length combinations may be available as special orders even when they are not currently in stock.

Special-order items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed, as these items are ordered specifically for the customer.

Product Concerns

While all sales are final, we genuinely care about your experience with JM Hair Extensions. If you believe you received the wrong item or there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
