Standard & Express Shipping

JM Hair Extensions currently offers shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping — $15

Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Free Standard Shipping — Orders $500+

Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping — $40

Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days

Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping estimates refer to carrier transit time and do not include processing time.

In-Stock Orders

In-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment before being sent to the customer.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Special Orders

Certain color and length combinations may be available for purchase even when they are not currently in stock.

Special-order hair is ordered specifically for you. Please allow approximately 10–15 calendar days for special-order hair to arrive to JM Hair Extensions before it can be shipped or delivered to you.

Once the hair arrives, additional processing and delivery or shipping time may be required.

Express shipping does not reduce the special-order processing time. The 1–2 business-day express timeframe applies only to carrier transit after your special-order hair is ready to ship.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for qualifying orders. Delivery arrangements and timing will be communicated directly with the customer when applicable.

Delays

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of JM Hair Extensions’ control may occur.
